Biography

I am passionate about developing creativity through art. I believe that through the artistic process, everyone can discover their own unique creativity.

As Artistic Expert at Cirque du Soleil for 22 years, I designed the Artistic Creativity Training for all the Cirque du Soleil Creations and Touring Shows, as well as mentoring dance coaches at CDS' Vegas shows: MJOne & LOVE. At Cirque, through years of innovative experimentation, exploration and coaching, I developed the art of teaching creativity and how to transform athletes into artists.

A life-long movement expert, I graduated from the Royal Ballet School and performed with The National Ballet of Canada, where I danced with dance legends Nureyev and Baryshnikov, and then became a reputed teacher at L'Ecole Supérieure de Ballet du Québec, before joining Cirque du Soleil as Artistic Expert. Through dance I discovered how to connect the imagination with physical expression, and how to express emotions and story through the art of Creative Movement.

As Creativity Consultant since 2017, I have directed CrEaTiVe GaMeS workshops for: Mosaic HEC University (Creativity School); Barcelona Business University; Mosaic Creative Forum, Lithuania; Creatoyo, Toyo University, Tokyo; ArtIST, Centre National des Arts et Métiers, Paris; USA Gymnastics, Lake Placid Olympic Center; C2MTL; Creact4Med, Euro-Mediterranean Economists, Barcelona; Dream the Impossible, Desjardins and Factry-Science of Creativity Centre, Montreal.

As Creativity Speaker I have given CrEaTiVe TeAmS conferences live and online at creativity forums and universities in Tokyo, Paris, Vilnius, Sarasota, Toronto, Lille and Montreal, and I am a Key-note Speaker with Lavin Agency Speakers Bureau.

Published author with: Acro-Artistic Creativity / Instructional Design Fieldbook in 2022, I am currently writing a book on the Creative Process at Cirque du Soleil.
